Yoga Brunch is a 4-hour, all inclusive retreat designed for the busy woman. The venue is nestled in nature, so you can detach, but is close enough to home, that you can get there in about 30 minutes. You can step out of the frantic pace of life, to reflect and gain perspective on where you are, and where you want to be, without rearranging your packed scheduled.
Everything is done for you. Certified Holistic Health Coach and Yoga Instructor, Sharon MacGregor has created a program that incorporates, a soulful yoga class, a delicious, nutritrious brunch, and The Desire Map. She will guide you through the exercises, that will explore your desire for your life, identify what needs attention and help you to create a plan to implement changes that aligns with what you want your life to feel like.
Yoga Class You are greeted withnourishing and energizing freshly made juice and led through a yoga class which is suitable for all levels including people who are new to yoga.
A Full Brunch You are provided with a selection of home-made, organic, nutritious and delicious dishes prepared by your host. Options to satisfy vegetarians, and Gluten Free attendees. Vegan options will be available upon request. Selection of teas, coffee, juices Mimosa Bar & Dessert
Workshop - Featuring an Introduction to The Desire Map Process
This 2-hour segment, includes The Desire Map. A goal-setting process created by Danielle LaPorte. In this guided session, you you will identify how you want to feel in your life. You will use your desired feelings to guide your decisions about what you accept into your life, and determine which goals will actually be fulfilling. You will receive 3-monthly, post-retreat, check-in emails (with worksheets) to keep you on track to reaching your goal. You will have one 30-minute, 1-on-1, deep-dive, phone session with Sharon.
